Tali was born in Jerusalem but grew up in Ben Shemen Youth Village. After years of practicing all types of fitness she realized the importance of Pilates for her body and also her life. She loves the effects of Pilates on the body. Your posture improves, your body starts to become longer and leaner. She feels like when she is teaching she has so much to offer others. She wants her students to see the mega importance of pilates’ effect on the body and how that translates into real life. She enjoys facilitating that connection for her students. She studied at Wingate College with a specialization in becoming an aerobics instructor.
The part of being an instructor that she enjoys most is the after-effects of her classes on her students. When she sees them leaving the studio she feels an immense amount of gratification knowing that she has made a contribution to their lives and health.
The phrase she most readily uses in class is, “We are lucky we only have two sides to our bodies! Left and right–think of how much more work we’d have to do otherwise!” She is a positive light that sees the positive side of situations. To her, her innermost catchphrase is, “Pilates is Life.” For Tali, if it’s easy, it’s probably not pilates.
