Where to begin? I first discovered the teachings of yoga during my travels to India. It was an exhilarating experience being able to see and feel these new movements in a new country. Following my return to Israel from India, I moved to Los Angeles, CA for three years as a growth opportunity away from home and what was familiar to me. I found myself missing my family and the well-known Israeli culture, when my cousin suggested I try out a Yoga Sculpt class. She insisted it would make me feel stronger, more independent, and united in my movements. I gave it a try—and since that first moment I laid out my mat, it has been a never-ending love story between me and my yoga practice.
After three years of practicing on my mat, I signed up for Teacher Training, something I was originally very hesitant of. Although skeptical, I pushed myself to the first training session where I discovered the combination of power, breathe, and flexibility really resonated with my personality. I never looked back. My eyes were always on the prize, which was to always improve and focus on myself and my practices, and have the honor to share my knowledge with inspiring yogi’s.
